IHT does not make automated decisions with legal effects concerning you.
IHT keeps personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Where the law sets a minimum period, that period applies. Invoicing and accounting data is kept for 10 years, as required by tax law.

Once the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Data is processed by IHT's internal departments and by service providers acting on its behalf: website hosting and security, customer management, newsletter delivery, statistics and advertising.
Data is only shared with distributors or business partners with your prior consent. IHT does not sell personal data.
Some providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Cloudflare) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy at [email protected].
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out until then. IHT responds within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
