Sonae's corporate building in Maia (Porto), with 355 m² of CDECK® Original composite decking installed on balconies, stairs and outdoor circulation areas.
The Sonae building, located in Maia, brings together a set of contemporary workspaces that connect indoor and outdoor areas. The project includes balconies, stairs and connecting areas between different levels of the building, where the outdoor flooring had to meet criteria of functionality, durability and visual consistency.
CDECK® Original composite decking, in Grey, was the solution chosen for the various outdoor areas. Lightweight and functional, it fits the building's architectural language with a contemporary, uniform look across all the spaces.
The result is 355 m² of CDECK® ensuring visual continuity between balconies, stairs and circulation areas — with minimal maintenance requirements and performance suited to the daily use of a corporate building.
