It all starts with the base. The joists raise the deck to help with ventilation and drainage, while the clips and screws fix the boards to the substructure. Before you start, check the installation guide that applies to your project.

The basics: joists (PVC or Quick-Fix® aluminium, depending on the sub-base), Quick-Fix® Intermediate and Starter Clips, and the stainless steel screws that fix them. If the base is uneven or can't be drilled, the Pedestals, the Aluminium Tube or the Wedge Kit come into play. The installation guide sets it out according to your type of project.
It depends on several things: the area, the layout and the number of boards and joists on your deck. You don't have to work anything out: the configurator calculates the clips and the rest of the accessories for your project, or you can ask us for a quote.
The Quick-Fix® system works as a whole: IHT joists, clips and screws are designed to fit together and deliver the concealed fixing and the performance intended. For the installation to behave as it should, use the components specified in the guide for your range.
Each part has its own price, but you don't have to add them up one by one: the quote is prepared for the complete system and includes everything needed to build your project.
