Yas Plaza Area

The aim of this project was to revitalise Yas Plaza Area, an outdoor public space located between the Crowne Plaza and Radisson Blu hotels, transforming it into a functional, harmonious and welcoming area for visitors and guests. The goal was to create an environment that combines circulation, leisure and landscape contemplation, naturally integrated into the surrounding area and providing an engaging experience in the heart of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates.
To make the space safer, more comfortable and more durable, CDECK® composite decking was used. Its strength, durability and high grip support heavy foot traffic and the demanding climatic conditions of the region. More than a practical solution, CDECK® helped create fluid and harmonious pathways, connecting different areas and blending naturally into the landscape, enhancing the experience of everyone who walks through the space.
The success of this refurbishment was made possible thanks to the collaboration with partner ABOULKHER, who ensured the project was executed with precision and attention to detail. Thanks to the joint effort and the quality of the composite decking, Yas Plaza Area has been transformed into a modern, welcoming and inviting space, where circulation, relaxation and contemplation come together naturally.
