On a private property surrounded by nature in central Portugal, a patch of bare earth was transformed into an outdoor retreat with CDECK WUUDE® composite decking, without concrete or drilling.
Surrounded by nature and the quiet of the countryside, the owner saw this patch of bare earth as the ideal place to create something special. The idea was to park a caravan here and make the most of the setting: a space to relax, welcome guests and enjoy life outdoors. The challenge was to bring that idea to life without concrete or drilling, while preserving the ground's natural permeability. The goal was a simple, quick and high-quality solution that suited the character of the place.
The solution was a Type 3 CDECK® installation using the Quick-Fix® system, designed specifically for applications over bare ground. A cross-braced substructure of aluminium tubes and supports is installed directly over the ground, without drilling or concrete. CDECK® adjustable pedestals allow the deck to be levelled and set to the required height. The result is a strong, durable structure that preserves the natural permeability of the ground and blends discreetly into the landscape.

What was once simply a patch of bare earth has become a genuine outdoor living space.
