Yas Plaza

The aim of this project was to revitalise Yas Plaza, an outdoor public space located between the Crowne Plaza and Radisson Blu hotels, transforming it into a functional, cohesive and welcoming area for both visitors and hotel guests. The concept was to bring together circulation, relaxation and views of the surrounding landscape in a space that feels naturally integrated into its setting, in the heart of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

To make the space safer, more comfortable and more durable, CDECK® composite decking was selected for its resistance, durability and high level of grip, making it well suited to both heavy footfall and the region's demanding climate. Beyond the practical benefits, CDECK® also helped create fluid routes between the different areas, integrating naturally with the landscape and improving the experience of moving through the space.
